Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide on orders $149 CAD and over. For orders under $149, flat-rate shipping applies and is calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery: Canada 3-7 business days, United States 5-10, everywhere else 7-14.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes on arrival, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

How do I track my order?
Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags and original packaging. Email hello@ainsi.ca to start a return and we’ll send you a label and instructions.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Treat it with care: keep it dry, avoid perfume and harsh chemicals, and store it in its pouch when you’re not wearing it.
